NER Members Will Work New Runoffs Format at Road America The SCCA® National Championship Runoffs® Presented by Sunoco is just a few days away, with practice and testing days starting on Monday. The Sept. 29-Oct. 5, 2025, winner-take-all championship event will see hundreds of racers returning to a recently repaved Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI, to battle for the right to call themselves SCCA’s next National Champion. This historic Road America circuit, with its 4.048 miles and 14 corners is set to challenge the best drivers in the world. 2025 brings some significant changes to the Runoffs schedule, as well as the list of classes that will be competing for the National titles. First off, it's a much shortened week. Instead of 3 days of qualifying and 3 days of racing, workers and drivers will only plan for just 2 of each. Practice and testing will be open Monday-Wednesday, and then there will be just two qualifying sessions for each class on Thursday and Friday.
