NERRC #2 – LRP Paddock Crawl Details
This coming weekend NER will be at LimeRock Park for our annual Paddock Crawl event, June 16-17. If you haven’t registered to work or drive yet, do so here.
Paddock Crawl
Friday evening will be the Paddock Crawl. Activities should start about a ½ hr after on track activities conclude for the day. We welcome all to join in. This is a way to thank all those who help make a race weekend happen. Whether you are a driver , flagger or steward – put out your favorite eats. In the past we have had ribs, sausages, burgers, dogs and yes even ice cream. This will happen in A Paddock. For those who are in B Paddock please come over and use the impound area to do your thing. We hope everyone will enjoy themselves and grab a bite to eat.
Parking
We are expecting 200 cars. Please make sure not to take up too much space. We will be roaming around the paddock areas to make sure everyone has a place to set up. If possible please work from the back of your trailer.
New LRP Electronic Waiver
Lime Rock has also started an automated electronic-waiver system. Please scan the QR code (to the right), or use the link LimeRock Speedwaiver link on the day you plan to arrive at the track. Please do NOT do it the night before, as it will not be valid. Must be the same day as arrival.
Other LRP Events
There are a variety of other events taking place this weekend at LRP. Including a group using the track until 5pm on Thursday. Because of that, NER members will not be granted access to the paddock area until AFTER 6PM on Thursday. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.
