2024 Season Concludes
That’s a wrap!
The 2024 season concluded with the final NERRC race at Thompson Speedway on October 18-19. With the points tallied, we are excited to announced the season champions for each of these 25 classes.
Please congratulate each of the driver’s below on a successful and award-winning season. Each of these competitors participated in at least 4 NER weekend events over the course of the year, and collected the highest total of points from each of their finishes in qualifying races.
Trophies will be presented at the NER Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet scheduled for Saturday, January 11 in Rocky Hill, CT.
The Club Racing Board is actively working on the 2025 season schedule. Once official, those dates will be announced here on Pit Talk.

The photos below are all courtesy of James Ray. James continues to volunteer his time and talents to photograph our drivers and workers at most of the NER club racing events throughout the season. Because of his contribution, we are able to put together these images of each of the champion drivers.
Thank you James!
James’s full portfolio of photos is available for region members to view on his Flikr account. Check in out!
