The NER Competition Racing Board (CRB) meeting was held at the Fairfield Inn, Auburn Ma on March 29, 2019. The next meeting is scheduled for April 19.

                              a) Palmer – pig roast to be serviced by last years vendor

Race Groups
          A) SRF(X) designation with regards to DD (double dipping)
                     1) After discussions with the SCCA it has been determined to avoid any misunderstandings, the (X) is to mean exhibition and not to be taken or construed as a new class of SRF.
                      2) After further discussions with the SCCA it was also determined that if the same driver/car is entered for DD then a 2nd compliance fee would NOT be collected but normal fees for DD still apply.
                      3) CRB to further discuss monitoring/ease of tracking drivers who paid/which car used/driver changes/etc.
Awards – CRB in discussion with vendor for 3 races that are non-divisional
Radios – Due back from vendor next week followed by field testing as can be arranged
RAL (Race Against Leukemia) topics
                      1) CRB in discussions with Camaro Club of N.H. possibly attending RAL event
                                 a) Club to offer track rides sat
                                 b) Waiver forms would be needed
                                 c) CRB would ask for names/addresses of drivers for sending club materials to promote/offer other racing opportunities
                      2) SOLO to participate in a non-points event for RAL
                                 a) To be held in parking area outside speedway
                                 b) DD for CRB to participate in SOLO $30
                                 c) CRB in discussions about logistics/transition between areas
                                 d) CRB in discussions about possible mini CRB/SOLO weekend championship
Baseball Game Worcester Bravehearts vs Nashua Silver Knights 7/23/2019
                      1)  Elite collegiate athletes competing in a minor league style format during  their summer break @ Fitton Field – College of Holy Cross, Worc. MA.
                      2) Many opportunities for different club promotions

Starting Duties/Chief
                        1) Pete Watson to handle duties of Richard Currey temporarily as needed
Recruitment/Retainment
                         1) CRB discussions concerning club members and the clubs future
                         2) Personal attitudes need to be professional and mannered
                         3) Members should display a positive upbeat self to promote ourselves, the club and a family friendly environment
                         4) Radio chatter should be professional in all manners, we must remember the public has the ability to monitor the airwaves
                         5) We must remember that the club is a business whose soul existence relies on its participants
                         6) CRB is working to provide a “free” race weekend for new workers as the SCCA has discontinued this program nationwide
Formula Hybrid is looking for help @ NHMS
