- Everyone, not just workers, are welcome for the Luncheon. Come honor all the hard-working members that volunteer their time to support our events.
- TIPS can be used to pay for BOTH meals.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Radisson Hotel has provided a special room rate for Friday and Saturday nights of $110. per night (plus tax). Please contact the hotel directly no later than Dec. 21 at 603.888.9970 to reserve your room and mention “New England Region, SCCA” for this rate.

THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR THE LUNCHEON AND DINNER – No need to register on-line if you are attending only the Saturday meetings.
SCHEDULE
9:00 am – 12:00 Noon: Solo, Road Racing, Rally/RallyX Specialty Meetings
12:00 Noon: Workers Luncheon – Celebrate our volunteers
2:00 pm: Annual Business Meeting, followed by a Town Hall
5:30 pm – 9:30 pm: Awards Banquet
9:30 pm – the last person leaves: Live entertainment featuring JP and Friends band, music for dancing!
Lunch & Dinner Menu
LUNCH: The Workers Luncheon will be a deli buffet. A children’s meal option for pizza is also available.
DINNER: The awards dinner options include either a Chicken entree, a Fish entree, or Vegetarian meal, as well as a children’s meal.
- Boneless Breast of Chicken Francaise Style, Wild Mushroom Marsala, rice, and seasonal vegetable
- Crabcake Topped Haddock w/Creole Mustard Sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetable

Details
The class champions (already notified) for Rally and RallyX also have a no cost payment option and should pre-register for the banquet.
If you choose to use TIPS (club racing workers) or pay by check, they must be received by Friday, December 28, 2018.
Everyone must have a credit card on file when you register online. If you are paying by mail (check or TIPS) you still need to enter a credit card during registration. If we receive a mail-in payment by the time registration closes, we won’t charge the card on file. The card will be processed if check/TIPS payment has not been received by December 28.
