Last week during the 2019 Solo Nationals, the annual Solo Awards were presented during the Wednesday night Tire Rack Awards Ceremony. As SCCA does each year, several members of the Solo community received special honors.
One in particular was the presentation of The Solo Cup. This award is given to Sports Car Club of America® members who have made an outstanding contribution to the Solo events program. Winners are selected by the Solo Events Board from nominations submitted by the membership at large.
The 2019 recipient of The Solo Cup is Jim Garry. Jim is a dual member of SCCA’s Mohawk Hudson Region and our own New England Region.
