Road Rally Enthusiasts
This year, in the Winter Challenge Rally, there will again be two SECTIONS – one from 8am – 1pm and another from 4pm – 7 pm. RICHTA timing will be used.
Winter Challenge Rally (WC) is not a ‘trap rally’. It has a couple of thinking situations in Section 1, but these do NOT require extensive rally knowledge – just common sense. Section 2 is a straightforward event. It will, of course, be necessary to drive ‘briskly’ at times along great Vermont twisty dirt/snowy roads while still adhering to the prescribed speeds. Again, this year the rally will have some legs (approx. 6) that will have a slightly slower speed for 2 wheel drive cars.
